Well, my tour of Iceland finished earlier today – I´m off to London tomorrow morning.
It was a great trip in good company – our guide, Margret, was wonderful! The last 2 days we saw some more waterfalls, geisers and geothermal areas, went for a dip in the Blue Lagoon (a large natural warm water pool)… the weather deteriorated gradually but we still had a great time.
So last evening in Reykjavik – I will indulge in some very expensive alcohol! And then up very early for an early flight to Heathrow.

I look forward to the report myself… And in the meanwhile, looks like Stephen has brought food up to 16200 ft (4900 m) but is back at the 14200 ft camp and hanging out there since the weather deteriorated to even white-out conditions. Thank god for cali weather. Ciao bambinos.
