Weekend, February 7 to 9, 2020
We managed to get out of San Francisco early enough to arrive at Doran Beach Jetty campground around 4:30pm. Despite the very strong wind we managed to get the fire going so aperitif was enjoyed outside. Cooking on the fire would have proven at bit of a challenge, instead we cooked and ate inside. The high winds persisted through the whole of Saturday. Stephen ventured out for a walk; Caroline was limited to the campground, due to her feet still recovering from surgery.
Sunday morning brought lesser winds and a relaxed drive back home.
