Isolating in Arroyo Seco

Weekend, June 26 to 28, 2020

One of us had recently tested positive for the SARS-COV-2 virus, so the other one of us decided to head South and minimize the chance of being infected. The other one of us was also already meant to be on her way to Belgium.

Arroyo Seco campground was full of kids on Spring Break, making the evenings a noisy affair. Which was replaced with utter silence during the soaring temperatures of the day. Went for a nice long hike, but it was hot.

In terms of odd jobs around Molly, made the installation of the UCM a little more permanent, cleaned up the cabling for the indoor temperature sensor and greased the suspension. The experimentation will the solar panels continued.

The rooftop Solar Panels seem to have a maximum output of about 26 Amps in hot weather.
Meatballs and broccoli. It doesn’t get much better than this.
