Molly was a game changer. The story began with the 2017 solar eclipse and a chance encounter in a forest outside Bend, Oregon. We placed our order with Earthcruiser and it was not long before the details were finalized and construction was underway. Six months later we flew back to Bend to meet Molly for the first time and take her out on our “shake-down” trip. Once everyone was happy with the build, Lance conducted the Sticker Ceremony, and at this moment Molly was officially an Earthcruiser. It was time to take Molly home, so we pointed south and headed off. Our posts below provide more details.

The first five years saw us taking Molly on lots of weekend and short 5 to 10 day trips. Longer trips were not possible because of work commitments. But we certainly got out and enjoyed camping in Molly and got to know her better. We made modifications and additions to suit us. We kept a Log of Our Trips and the Little Mishaps that happened along the way.
